THE LIVING MOMENT:
A 6-WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR RADICAL PRESENCE,
TRANSFORMATION AND INSIGHT.
– You are the Adventure –
Join Mindfulness Teacher Mike Kewley for this brand new 6-Week Training Course and discover the transformative power of the living moment. This course follows on from Mike’s popular 6-week Training Course which has been attended by hundreds of people interested in optimising their lives.
The Living Moment Course will develop your Mindfulness practice further, evolving your sitting practice whilst offering practical and effective ways to bring awareness into your daily life, transforming the stuckness and tension you find there.

This course is aimed at those already familiar with Mikes 6-week training course and who want a more advanced level of training, but also individuals interested in developing their own meditation practice and meeting each moment from a place of radical acceptance, freedom and joy.
