Come and be part of a new celebration and exploration of positive mental health, spirituality and community wellbeing at The Community Farm on Saturday 30th June, in association with 2018 Year of Our Island.
The day will include a wide range of talks, workshops, live music and family activities to inspire and transform the ways in which we experience ourselves, our Island and the world.
Keynote speakers from the UK will present talks and workshops including Transpersonal Psychologist and Best-Selling Author Steve Taylor, Sufi Teacher Zahir Khan, Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher Nicole Schnackenberg, Nathan Godolphin a Brighton-Based Yogi and Teacher of Non-duality, Fiona McAuley a Teacher of Aikido and Embodied Movement, Graham Clucas the Founder of Manx Mental Health Charity “Quing,” and Philip Quirk, a London based Human Performance Coach.
There will also be a range of Yoga, Meditation and Wellbeing classes offered by some of the Islands best known Teachers including Mike Kewley, Heidi Danaher, Sue Woolley, Richard Cox, Julie Bibby, Rachel Kermeen, Esther Jones and the Shine Om Yoga Studio, with many more additions to come.
Food and drink will be provided by Island favourites Flo the Coffee Van, Secret Pizza, Rosa’s Pantry, Mother T’s Chai Stall and Happy Cows Vegan Bakery.
With themes ranging from Spirituality to Mental Health and Community Wellbeing, Mindful Mann promises to be an inspiring day out, promoting positive change, community spirit and an inclusive worldview.
