Mindfulness for Transformation
At some point it dawns on us that we cannot be the thoughts, emotions and sensations we observe. This discovery is the gateway to an unfathomable freedom.
This new 6-week course follows on from the Introduction to Mindfulness course and aims at deepening our meditation practice whilst exploring a series of new techniques to develop awareness, compassion and insight.
Key to this course is the realisation that we cannot be the same as the thoughts, emotions and sensations we observe. By discovering this for ourselves through guided practices and pointers, there is a natural and effortless letting go of habits and conditioning, thoughts and reactions, resulting in a palpable sense of freedom and relief.
This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to deepen their exploration of the present moment and for those who have a genuine hunger for for personal transformation and a deeper shift in consciousness.
