Monthly Groups

The monthly Mindfulness group is open to anyone interested in becoming a happier, healthier person. Beginners are welcome to hear about the benefits of Mindfulness and try some Mindfulness practices, those with a regular practice are welcome to meet and share with others and those who want to deepen their practice can ask questions and delve into the mystery of life.

The meetings will involve a general introductory talk on Mindfulness, followed by a 45 minute guided practice. There will then be a tea break and a chance to share, discuss or ask questions about what we’re experiencing in our practice  and in our daily lives. We will finish with a short, 10 minute meditation.
