Monthly Groups


What is Mindfulness and how can we train ourselves to be happier, healthier human beings?

These meetings are aimed at anyone interested in using Mindfulness to develop basic skills such as focus, mental clarity, physical relaxation and emotional resilience.

Mike begins each meeting with a general talk on Mindfulness, followed by a guided 45 minute practice. There will then be a tea break and a chance to share, discuss or ask questions about what we’re experiencing in our practice and how we can apply the principles of Mindfulness in our daily lives.
